Gourmet ANZAC Biscuits1. Place golden syrup and butter over medium heat until melted. In mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, oats and coconut. Stir the bicarb and water, then add to the dry ingredients. Pour in butter and golden syrup, mix till combined. Take dough and flatten on a tray and let rest for one hour in cool room.
2. Oven at 160°C. Take dough roll out and cut into 90g portions. Roll and flatten 12 per tray. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
3. When completely cool, pack into boxes of 30, your gooey centred, crunchy outside Anzac biscuits are ready to enjoy.
